Ximena Tovar is the Program Director of the Research Core and leads the strategy development of the Core in conjunction with the Director. She oversees the coordination and field implementation of research projects across multiple partners and works closely with teams to ensure project execution. Ximena acts as liaison with collaborating local and international partners, ensures alignment of research and strategy, and works on the development of new relationships and networks for the Research Core. Ximena has more than 10 years of experience in grants and budget management and has a MPH with a concentration in Health Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
