Molly Franke is an Associate Professor of Global Health and Medicine in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

She applies novel methods to design and evaluate interventions that address health service delivery gaps affecting those most in need. Her current work focuses on the development and evaluation of interventions to reduce HIV-related stigma and improve health for adolescents living with HIV; the identification of optimal treatment regimens for drug-resistant tuberculosis; and the evaluation of community-based accompaniment models of care.
