Professor, Georgia State School of Public Health

I am a Professor of Health Policy and Behavioral Sciences and I lead the Global Research Against Non-Communicable Diseases (GRAND) in the School of Public Health at Georgia State University. I have extensive experience both in recruitment and retention of diverse faculty and in leading institutional and interdisciplinary research collaborations to co-create research experiences for diverse faculty. Before GSU, I served as the Dean of the College for Public Health and Social Justice at Saint Louis University (SLU) and as the Head of the Department of Biobehavioral Health at Penn State University.
